泉羽实验室
泉羽实验室是我们专门成立的研究与发展部门，孙凯旋先生领导，通过他们的独立研究，来不断拓展我们对城市、空间和用户的理解与认识。这是一个综合了多学科的团队，包括城市规划师、城市设计师和社会学家，他们所领衔主持下地泉羽实验室从事大量当代建筑的相关研究。泉羽实验室长期从事城市与社会经济的发展、当代都市生活方式、创意工作空间、绿色建筑、建筑质量及中国工业发展等诸多专业课题的研究。
泉羽实验室提供了耳目一新的视野和不同凡响的观点，这些新知撞击出极富创意的方案，植入到项目的设计中去。泉羽实验室对项目所在地与其周边环境进行分析，从而为每一个项目提供创新型设计策略与方向支持。我们同时也提供全套的项目定位服务，包括综合分析，市场调研，目标、受众人群、功能、项目策略等诸多方面的定义。
